Excel Data Dashboard via Power Apps

I'm looking for an experienced Power Apps developer to build an exact replica to the provided interactive interface based on exciting Excel sheet in Power Apps.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Power Apps and data visualization techniques.
- Experience in creating dashboards.
- Excel integration.
The end goal is a Power Apps interface that exactly mimics the attached dashboard and employs the exciting Excel inputs and outputs accordingly.
No innovative designing is needed, the current dashboard that I need to duplicate in Power Apps: https://designer.spreadsheetweb.com/a/tsystem
The current Excel sheet uses Name ranges instead of the Tables required for Power Apps, so some slight adaptation is required. Excel sheet would be provided for the serious offers.
