Excel Data Consolidation & Mailchimp Preparation

I have numerous .xlsx files that need to be processed. The task involves:
- Merging approximately 10,000 Excel entries from around 5 lists into one comprehensive spreadsheet.
- Identifying and removing duplicate entries to ensure a clean dataset.
- Converting the final file into a format compatible with Mailchimp for easy upload.
Given the volume and nature of this project, I would highly value your proficiency with Excel and experience in data management. Familiarity with Mailchimp is a plus. Please note that the Excel files are not all stored in a single folder, so the ability to navigate across different directories is necessary.
