Excel Data Consolidation

I'm looking for a proficient Excel freelancer to merge data from different Excel files into a single document (around 140 files). All files have a consistent format, and the task involves transferring numeric data from two different sheets per file.
Process:
Example csv files: emg_data_example1_left and emg_data_example1_right.
The task involves extracting data labelled as "no rest" (e.g., "Measure MVC for Bicep (I)," "Measure MVC for Bicep (II)," "Perform 5 bicep curls REPETITIONS (WITH RESISTANCE)," etc.) and transferring it into the corresponding sections of the emg_data_template file.
For the "no rest" data, any rows that contain empty cells after the transfer should be deleted in the final file to ensure a clean and accurate dataset.
After transferring the "no rest" data, the empty cells corresponding to the resting phase should be filled using data from the emg_data_rest2 file. It is crucial that the resting data in each document is unique—similarities are acceptable, but they should not be identical.
The final file should be look like this: emg_data_final.
