Excel Data Cleanup and Format Standardization

I need help with data manipulation in Excel. My data needs some cleaning, particularly in terms of standardizing formats. This involves moving data from long columns into correct rows, cutting and pasting, and moving cells from rows to columns. There are around 650 records that need to be organized, with 4 fields in each record. A lot of cut-and-paste - UNLESS you are good at excel programming, because the fields already have delimiter texts, and common words that could be automated.
