Excel Data Cleanup and Automation

I need help preparing our sales data for analysis. The raw data needs to be cleaned and organized before it can be analyzed.

Key Tasks:
- Remove duplicates, handle missing values (numeric, text, dates), and format columns.
- Create pivot tables and charts to summarize the data.
- Apply formulas/functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, etc.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Excel Macros (VBA) if necessary.
- Make the final sheet user-friendly and visually clear with color formatting, dropdowns, etc.

Deliverables:
- Cleaned and structured Excel file
- Pivot tables and dynamic charts
- Any VBA code/macros used with explanation
- Instructions or short documentation (optional but helpful)
