Excel Data Analytics & Chart Creation

I'm looking for an Excel expert who can create a spreadsheet for me that will facilitate the analysis of data pulled from an imported Excel file (specifically, XLSX files). The spreadsheet should also be capable of creating bar charts from the inserted data.
Key Requirements:
- The first chart should indicate which cell has the most problems, ranked from highest to lowest, and showing how many issues each cell has. For instance, if cell 6 has 20 recorded issues and cell 5 has 9, the chart should be able to automatically pull and count this data.
- The second chart should pull HMI (Human Machine Interface) problems from a specific cell, ranked from most to least. For example, if cell 5 has a problem occurring at station 12, Nest 1, pallet empty happening 12 times, the chart should be able to tally this and indicate the total minutes lost.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in creating spreadsheets that can analyze data and generate charts.
- Experience with data visualization, specifically with creating bar charts.
- Prior experience with creating data analysis tools in Excel will be highly regarded.
