Excel Data Analysis and Visualization

I need a developer who can take data from an Excel 365 shared and show that i need
i have a shared excel file all with as many sheets as there are days of the month.
I need:
- Show all rows that have empty filed in 4 column (at least in one of the 4 columns)
- Show all rows that have a non empty field in specific column
- Show a sum of colums dived by 3 fiels
Pages shold be have simple filter to select days and uldare in real time qhen i change a data
