Excel Data Analysis & Automation

I need a proficient Excel programmer who can assist with both data analysis and process automation.
The project entails:
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in sorting, filtering, and performing advanced data analysis within Excel is a must.
- Process Automation: I'm looking to automate several manual processes using Excel. This would involve creating macros, custom formulas, and potentially VBA coding.
- Template Creation & Modification: You should be able to both create new Excel templates and modify existing ones for the specific purposes of data analysis and automation.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Excel: You should be well-versed with Excel's data analysis features and have experience in process automation.
- VBA & Macro Skills: Proficiency in VBA programming and creating Macros in Excel is essential.
- Template Modification: Experience in modifying existing Excel templates or creating new ones.
- Data Integration: Knowledge of integrating and working with local files (CSV, JSON, XML) within Excel will be an added advantage.
