Excel Dashboard for Startup's Comprehensive Reports

I'm in need of a sophisticated Excel dashboard that can present a range of insights for my startup. This application should streamline data processing and make it easy to generate reports around several aspects of my organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of reports including:
* Financial reports, capturing sales data, expense data, and profit/loss data
* HR reports, encompassing employee attendance data, payroll information, training records and leaves, as well as end of services data
* Operational reports for a complete overview of the startup's operations
- Creation of an intuitive dashboard to easily filter and extract specific reports from a pool of data.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A strong command of Excel and its capabilities, particularly around dashboard creation
- Proven experience in handling accounting, HR, operational, and stock data
- Understanding of startup environment and the type of reports it necessitates.
Your work will be instrumental in helping my startup make data-driven decisions effectively and efficiently.
