Excel Dashboard for Performance Indicators

I'm looking for an Excel expert with a strong background in Power Pivot, Power Query and Excel dashboard design Knowledge. The project 90% of the work is already done. Need some to do the finishing works and design which involves using advance Excel 2016, Power query and Power pivot Functions. SQL knowledge will be helpful but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
90% of the work is already done. The data is will be picked up from backend through SQL.
I have already created a dashboard. Need a helping hand in to tie up some loose ends and enhance visual appeal.
The performance indicators to focus on are KPI for several Products.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience using Excel 2016
- Proficiency in creating Power Pivots and Dashboards
- Experience in financial analysis, particularly with KPI Indicators.
