Excel Dashboard design

I am looking for a freelancer to design an Excel dashboard for me. The main purpose of the dashboard will be performance tracking, specifically for operational data. While I don't have a specific layout or design in mind, I do have some ideas that I would like the freelancer to consider. Ideally, the freelancer should have experience in designing Excel dashboards and be comfortable working with operational data.
