I'm in need of an Excel professional who can assist me in creating a comprehensive dashboard. This dashboard will be crucial for tracking change management, focusing specifically on task completion rates, quality of work, and risk severity.
Key Requirements:
- Design and implement a detailed Excel dashboard
- Employ various graphs and charts to visualize data
- Ensure the dashboard updates automatically with data changes
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Highly proficient in Excel, particularly in dashboard creation
- Extensive experience in data visualization
- Strong understanding of performance metrics
Data Sources: The data for this dashboard will be manually entered.
Data Visualization: I would prefer a combination of bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs for visualizing task completion rates, utilizing whichever chart best suits the data.
Overall Project Status – A bar or pie chart showing how many changes are completed, in progress, or blocked.
