Excel Dashboard (Employee Performance Dashboard)

I have data in excel. I need to build a dashboard to check employee performance. I have also included a sample dashboard screen. Would like the dashboards to be dynamic based on the excel slicers. You don't have to follow the sample as it is. Please use your creativity. But the dashboard needs to be interactive and vibrant. Follow the raw data sheet in the file to create the dashboard.
