Excel Dashboard

I need columns h, i, m, and p to be formatted with the date in the American English style. I need to be able to view different merged information on the Dashboard, such as how many types of processes I have, which are in column c, how long they will take to be done, and which people were involved (column s). In other words, I need the Dashboard to be very interactive so I can compose various pieces of information. Therefore, you can proceed with the creation of the Dashboard for this updated attached spreadsheet.
