Excel/DEAR & Shopify Pro Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
Please answer the following question. I have attached a sample of the ordering form I am speaking about further down. Can you have a look at it and tell me if you think you can transcribe those numbers (including quantities) and how long it would take you. The orders are numbered so I have removed personal information. Just go by the order numbers.
Virtual Assistant
Requirements:
- You need to know Excel, CIN7, and Shopify inside out
- Be efficient and intelligent in managing tasks.
- Be able to work unmonitored. If I need to explain everything I can just do it myself.
- you need to be fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Manage different tasks when needed
Currently it would be
- transcribing orders (Customer information and SKUs) from handwritten notes into an excelsheet (ordering template) so I can upload the orders in CIN 7
This task is a quick one and tasks usually are quite straight forward. It wouldn’t be a regular job but on and off I would need assistance
