Excel Customer visit matrix

I am looking to create an Excel customer visit matrix that efficiently tracks meetings/calls with customers. It is important to me that this matrix is able to track the frequency of customer visits as well, as I need to know how often we are connecting with them. From a list of customers with customer grade, a list of meetings/calls, and the required frequency of meetings by customer grade, I would like a report to track meetings held and meetings which should be held. I do have a specific layout or format in mind for the matrix which I can provide further details on. All data needs to refresh when the original tables are refreshed. It must be easily copied across sheets for all salespeople. I am looking for assistance from someone who can help bring my vision to fruition for this project.
