Excel Customer Data Entry & Analysis
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I have several spreadsheets of raw customer information that need to be brought under control and turned into reliable insights. The first stage is accurate data entry: clean cell-by-cell copying of names, contact details, purchase dates, and order values into my master workbook, keeping existing formats and validation rules intact so every column lines up perfectly.
Once the data is clean, I want clear analysis inside the same file. Typical tasks include building dynamic ranges that automatically add new customers, creating pivot tables to highlight purchasing frequency, and adding formulas that flag inactive customers or sudden spikes in buying behaviour. A short narrative summary of the trends you uncover will help me make quick decisions.
Deliverables
• Updated master workbook with all customer records correctly organised
• At least two pivot-based reports visualising key customer trends
• Concise written summary (one sheet or separate doc) explaining the findings
I already work in Microsoft 365, so please keep your solution compatible with the latest Excel version—no external add-ins required. Accuracy in data entry and clarity in the analysis are the two measures I’ll use to sign off the project.
