Excel to Custom PDF Report Generation

I'm seeking a freelancer with strong Excel and PDF skills to assist in exporting specific data from an Excel sheet into individualized PDF reports.
Key Requirements:
- Use a pre-defined set of columns from the Excel sheet.
- Each PDF should be tagged with an individualized cell number.
- Include a link in the PDF to text the client.
Ideal candidates should have experience in data handling, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Excel and PDF creation is crucial.
Also, will need help to design the report in Adobe so it has the information needed in an acceptable format that is presentable. I've attached my reporting example that is now done via an export from Excel spreadsheet to Word - the final product could be a word document as well as long as it can be opened on each client's cell phone.
