Excel Conversion With Custom Layout

I have several PDF files that need to be converted into a single, ready-to-use Excel workbook. Every table, heading, and data point in the PDFs must appear in the sheet exactly as it does in the source, but laid out in a custom structure I will supply once we start.
Along with the basic transcription, please build in conditional formatting so key values are instantly visible—for example, automatic highlighting of out-of-range figures or duplicate entries. No additional formulas or validation are required; visual cues are all I need for now.
The finished deliverable should open to a clean, well-labeled sheet (or set of sheets) that mirrors the original content faithfully, follows my layout guide, and is ready for immediate analysis or printing without further tweaks. If you’re comfortable extracting data from PDFs and setting up concise conditional rules in Excel, this will be a straightforward project.
