Excel - Contact Database Parsing

See attached database of contacts.
I need to have the tab titled "DATABASE" parsed to segregate the "Emails" column of each company list into a complete email contact list.
The tab titled "Output" is an example of what I need the final list to look like.
For emails in the format xxx.yyy @ companyname.com I would like the first and last name extracted into the FirstName and LastName columns. For emails that do not fit that format, it is ok to just extract the contact name that is before the @ symbol of the domain.
All other fields common to the company will be duplicated for each contact.
For companies with more than one contact phone number, use only the first two phone numbers and move to columns "Phone 1" and "Phone 2"
To increase your chance of winning the project, send a sample set of data that I can review and validate that you know the scope and are capable.
