Excel Conditional Formatting Copying

I have a row in Excel that has numerous conditional formatting rules applied to it that I need copied to a number of other rows.

I require the conditional formatting rules used in row 3 to be copied into each other row. I am unable to do this without entering the rules each time in each row.
