Excel Change Tracker and Organizer

I am looking for an expert in Microsoft Excel to develop a tool to track changes between two Excel sheets.
Key requirements include:
- The ability to identify and track both text and numeric data changes between two sheets.
- The tool should not only monitor existing data, but also be built to manage changes related to data newly added in future.
- Changes identified need to be grouped and clearly displayed in a separate tab within the same workbook for ease of review.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Background in data analysis
- Experience in creating custom Excel tools
- Strong attention to detail in order to identify both major and minor changes in data.
