Excel Calculator for Property Taxes
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need help to create an excel calculator to calculate stamp duty (transfer tax) on a property. I have already collated all of the rates but I need somebody to turn it into a functional excel calculator.
The calculator will need to allow options for a person to make selections from a pre-determined list e.g. location, property type etc and then fill in the value of the property to then calculate the appropriate amount of transfer tax.
NO Macros. Everything should be built on formulas.
