Excel CRM

I am in need of an Excel CRM for contact management. I have some ideas on what it should look like, so I am not open to suggestions, but I am looking for a developer who can help make the vision a reality. The CRM will only be used by me, so it needs to be tailored to my individual needs. Ultimately, I'm looking for a solution that is efficient, user-friendly, and comprehensive.
