Excel Bid Tool for Transportation RFPs

I need an Excel-based bid tool specifically designed for analyzing data from transportation RFPs (Request For Proposals). The tool should be able to perform the following:
- Analyze bid data: The primary function of the tool. It should be able to take in bid data and provide insightful analysis.
- Perform comparative analysis of bids: The tool should be able to compare different bids and highlight key differences.
- Conduct trend analysis over time: It should be able to track and analyze trends over time.
- Provide a detailed cost breakdown: The tool should be capable of giving a comprehensive breakdown of costs.
This should be a standalone tool, that could pull data from other platforms & our company TMS
