Excel Based Tool Development

The project involves developing an Excel-VBA tool that utilizes a database of up to 1000 data points stored in an Excel spreadsheet. The tool will feature an input screen where users can enter up to three parameters related to their vendor selection criteria. Based on these inputs, the tool will generate an output list consisting of up to five vendors selected from the spreadsheet. The tool will employ efficient algorithms to analyze the data and identify the best matching vendors according to the specified parameters. The output list will provide users with a concise and convenient reference for vendor selection, simplifying the decision-making process and saving valuable time.
