Excel-Based Pre-Planning and Tracking Tool for maintenance T&I

I'm in need of an Excel tool that allows me to pre-plan and forecast T&Is. This tool should have common planning elements such as materials management, requirements tracking, assignment management, and hold-ups.
Key features to be included in this tool are:
- Material availability: The tool should enable me to input and manage the materials required for the project and when the ETA.
- Requirements Tracking: It should allow me to list and track the different requirements of the project.
- Assignment Management: The tool should help in managing the assignments for the project.
- Hold-ups Tracking: I'm looking to track and categorize hold-ups, be it internal, external, or planned delays.
I'd like the tool to have a Gantt chart that is visually displayed as a Timeline view with milestones.
Ideal Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience in project planning and management
- Ability to create Gantt charts
- Understanding of supply chain management would be a plus
