Anyhow, based on my research he said that the next draw’s winning numbers can be accurately predicted based on the most current draw’s winning numbers. There is no other historical data used.
So, I am placing this advertisement on freelancer.com to see if anyone in the world is knowledgeable of Sepharial’s “The Secret Progression” methodology and formula and has put the formula in an Excel spreadsheet and tested it with success! Adding on to this, I am seeking a spreadsheet that would be able to accurately predict the Pick 5 lotteries for 5/69 and 5/70 lottery. Meaning, accurately pick the winning 5 numbers between 1-69. And the 5 winning numbers between 1-70.
