Excel-Based KPIs Analysis & Reporting

I'm keen on building a functional Microsoft Excel tool that aids in analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and then effectively reporting them. As an intermediate user of Excel, I'm familiar with it but need expertise to achieve this task.
The ideal freelancer would be an advanced Excel user with experience in:
- Data analysis and interpretation
- KPIs tracking and management
- Formulating comprehensive reports from analysed data
- Building user-friendly templates.
