Excel-Based Flash USDT Tool

I need a developer who can rebuild my flash USDT solution so it runs entirely inside Excel. The goal is to replicate the same fast-transfer logic I already use, only this time driven by workbooks and VBA instead of a standalone app.

The finished file must:
• Open on any recent copy of Microsoft Excel (Windows or macOS) without extra installations.
• Contain well-structured sheets for input parameters, live transaction status, and a clear log of each flash step.
• Use VBA to automate the full send/receive cycle, including any temporary wallet creation, balance spoofing, or timing rules the original software handled.
• Keep code readable, with key procedures commented so I can tweak limits or fee values later.

If you have prior experience scripting blockchain interactions or USDT-specific APIs from within Excel, you’ll move to the front of the line. Send a brief outline of how you would approach the VBA modules and any security measures you would build in.
