Excel-Based Financial Merger Model -- 2

Create a comprehensive presentation/pitch analyzing strategic alternatives for Equifax (Ticker: EFX), focusing on two primary scenarios:
1. An acquisition of Global Payments (NYSE: GPN) by Equifax
2. Equifax continuing its current strategy with add-on acquisitions in its four focus areas
I need a merger model created for EFX acquiring GPN - and the effective transaction date should be 12/31/2024. As the client of this project, I am looking for a highly-skilled professional to create a merger model using the financial statements I have at hand. The most important thing for me is:
- Proficiency in Excel: You should know how to manipulate raw data, use complex formulas, perform calculations and generate easily understandable, meaningful outputs.
- Understanding of Financial Statements: Your main task will be to incorporate financial data into the merger model. You should know how to interpret and work with income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Merger Modelling: Experience in creating merger models is highly desired. Knowledge of different structures and types of mergers is a plus.
The end output I expect from this project is an understanding of the potential Accretion/Dilution from the merger. Therefore, a specialist knowledge of Accretion/Dilution graphic breakdowns and other relevant analysis is crucial.
