Excel-Based Bid & Invoice Template Creation

I've created an excel sheet that I use for my construction company. I use it to price jobs, track costs & margins, and as a reference for future project bids. I love that at a glance i can see all the info i need, in one place.

What i need is a way to turn this into a estimate or bid for the client, and then a way to invoice percentages of the completed scope over several months.
