Excel-Based V-Belt & Fan Belt Billing Software

I need a skilled Excel programmer to create a comprehensive billing software for our V-Belts and Fan Belts. This software should manage rates based on different belt sections, client-specific pricing, and generate detailed invoices.
Specific Requirements:
- The software should encompass all sections of our belts (A, B, C, D, BB, and FHP) and be adaptable for any future sections.
- It should include our three brands: JS Modi Cord, JS Polycord, and JS Mangalam.
- The software must calculate rates based on the section of the belt and its inch measurement. For instance, a belt priced at 1.5 Rs/inch for section A and 2 Rs/inch for section B.
- It needs to accommodate different per-inch rates for each client.
- The ability to generate detailed invoices is a must.
- The software must automatically calculate and apply relevant taxes based on the customer's location and tax status.
Ideal Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA and complex formula usage.
- Previous experience in developing billing or inventory software.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, specifically in the context of V-Belts and Fan Belts.
