Excel Bank Wind-Down Readiness Checklist

Job ID: 40321397

Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR

I need a single, well-structured Excel workbook that lets me track every activity required to wind the bank down smoothly and hand the licence back without disrupting customers. The file must work as both a checklist and a live readiness tracker, so clarity and easy filtering are essential.

Scope of the checklist
• Adoption readiness – capture process changes and staff training tasks, with fields for owners, target dates, completion evidence and RAG status.
• People readiness – allocate role-based system access, verify system availability during the transition window and schedule all internal/external communications.
• Contingency planning – document disaster-recovery steps, alternative service providers and any customer-facing fallback plans.

Timing alignment
Split the sheet so I can see activities:
1. “Pre-Migration” – everything that must be signed off before the migration event (this needs to dovetail with the master Schedule of Events).
2. “Post-Exit” – controls and clean-up items that continue after licence hand-back.

Functional requirements
• Excel (xlsx) only, no macros that require elevated security.
• Drop-downs for status, priority and workstream; conditional formatting for quick RAG visuals.
• Filters or a simple slicer panel so leadership can isolate overdue or high-risk tasks at a glance.
• Space for comments, evidence links and supporting documentation.
• A summary tab pulling key metrics (total items, complete, overdue) using standard Excel formulas or pivot tables.

Deliverable
An unlocked .xlsx template populated with sample rows that illustrate how each section should be used. I will then load the live project data myself.

Acceptance criteria
The file opens error-free in Microsoft 365, all formulas and conditional formats function as described, and every required section (adoption, people, contingency, pre-migration, post-exit) is clearly present and filterable.

If any details are unclear, feel free to flag them before you start so we can keep rework to a minimum.
