Excel Automation for MLS Data Integration

I'm seeking a proficient Excel specialist to automate the input of MLS data into various worksheets for my real estate appraisal business.
Key Tasks:
- Modify an existing Excel program from a different MLS system to be compatible with my current MLS.
- Translate and map key names between the two MLS systems for seamless data integration. This includes data renaming, reformatting, and merging.
- Create a button function that automates data input across multiple worksheets.
- Ensure precision and efficiency in managing large sets of MLS data.
- Import MLS data into a variety of worksheets such as Reconciliation, Data Download, 1004MC, Analytics, Anlytc Charts, Distressed Analysis, Quarterly Trends, Semi-annual Trends, Annual Trends, Sensitivity Analysis, Regression Analysis, Statistical Adj., Paired Sales, Cost Analysis, Condition & Age, Group Data Adj, Neighborhood Cmprsn, Cost Approach, Market Conditions Adj., and Allocation.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience with Excel, particularly in data automation and manipulation.
- Familiarity with MLS systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to work with large data sets efficiently.
