Excel Automation for Fraternity Philanthropy Event

I'm looking for a professional who can help automate an Excel sheet that tracks the registration status of my fraternity brothers for a philanthropy event.
The Excel sheet contains:
- Name in column A
- Status in B
- Email in C
- Phone number in D
- Registration status (registered or not) in E
The philanthropy page has a link with the participants' pages to donate to. I want the Excel sheet to have real-time updates on who's registered for this event without having to manually insert data.
Requirements:
- The sheet should auto-update when linked to the philanthropy page
- If a participant's name appears on the page, the corresponding cell turns green and displays 'Yes'
- If a participant's name does not appear, the cell remains red with 'No'
I need someone who can help check for and set up potential API connections to the specific website hosting the event. I'm not sure if there's an API available, hence I need guidance and assistance in this matter.
