Excel Automation for First Aid Kit Tracking
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I need an experienced Excel professional to enhance my basic spreadsheet that tracks first aid kits.
Key Requirements:
- The spreadsheet should allow for tracking the contents of first aid kits and those in the storage cupboard.
- When someone replaces an item, the total number of that item in storage should automatically decrease.
- Expiry dates should auto-update from the storage list.
- The spreadsheet should send an email to a specified address when a product is nearing its expiry date.
- An order list should be created when products are low in storage or about to expire.
Currently, I use Microsoft Excel and I would prefer a dual interface for data entry: both a direct cell entry and a data entry form. The spreadsheet needs to track: Bandages and dressings, Medications, Equipment like scissors or gloves. I have the basics done, just need help advancing it.
Ideal Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
