Excel Automation of Emails
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Help me create an excel sheet. The purpose of the excel sheet is to create email nurturing campaigns to a list of emails with a click of a button using the Developer Tab > "insert" > "button" on excel.
Sheet 1, Labeled as Emails, will have Column A with First Name, Column B with Last Name, Column C as Email Address. Column D will be date in which the first Email address was sent. Column E is the time in which the first email was sent. Column F is the date in which the second email is scheduled to send. Column G is the time in which the second email is scheduled to be sent. Column H is the date in which the third email is scheduled to send. Column I is the time in which the third email is scheduled to be sent.
There should be a button on Emails Sheet that will send the emails on Column A.
Sheet 2, Labeled as Email Templates. Column A will be labeled as personas. Column B will be Subject Line #1 which would be the subject line of the first email sent. Column C would be Body #1 which would be the body of the first email sent. Column D would be Subject Line #2 which would be the subject line of the 2nd email sent, and etc until Body #3.
Email 1 and 2 should be sent at once while leveraging Outlook's built-in delay delivery feature. The delay between the first and second email set in seconds will be input on the Email Template Sheet in Cell C2. It is very important that when I click send, I don't have to keep the excel sheet open to ensure that the second email will be sent. The delay will be 1 week between emails for 99% of the time.
Each body email will start with "Hi [name]", before sending out an email, the [name] Variable needs to be changed with the corresponding first name from Column A from Sheet 1. Sheet 2, Labeled as Email Templates, in Cell H2 will be the delay between Email 1 and 2, and Email 2 and 3. Cell H1 will be labeled as Time Delay.
