Excel Automation and Custom Formulas

I am looking for an Excel expert who can set up automation for specific tasks and create custom formulas based on my requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Automation of specific tasks: I need to reduce manual work and save time by automating repetitive tasks.
- Custom formulas: I need new formulas developed to perform calculations and analysis that are not covered by Excel's standard functionality.
Autocalculation Trigger:
- I want the autocalculation to be triggered every time the Row is highlighted with sold green color. I have ten different columns with hundred of rows with specific beginning text "spect". When user fills a background color assume its solid green on a cell of a particular column the function should autocalculate the complete column and report the count in the dashboard sheet.Attached the sample file for problem solving.
