Excel_Automailer

I am looking for someone to help me create an Excel Automailer. My goal is to be able to send out automated emails from an Excel sheet, using Outlook as the platform. I would also like to be able to use the Excel sheet to manage customer data and/or perform calculations or analysis. I am open to customising the emails, but whether that is necessary will depend on the specifics of the project.
