Excel Auto Updation and email

I have an excel where we input some data of receipt in dirrent against each customer , I want to extract the data for unknown cusomter in to separate sheet "UNknown receipt " the user from sales tam then update the cusotmer name in this sheet as and when they update it should be auto update in my sheet. ON it sorted I sent email to managment that this has been completed.
