Evaluation of distribution labor costs to revenue

Service revenue is not keeping pace with labor costs to service. This is partly due to increased labor costs but more due to a lack of labor tracking by customer preventing ongoing evaluation as to whether the rates established do not properly compensate for the labor effort involved in fulfilling the customer order are at the right level to produce a profit. This would also include a labor process evaluation to ascertain the labor assigned is proper and/or possible process improvements might lead to labor cost reductions.
