Estimating Energy demand basis production volume data

Wanted to convert factory production volume data into an Energy demand for various subsections of the factory and overall and also categorizing them into blocks, power, steam, chilled water etc. and fixed versus variable load. This has to be enabled in a simplistic fashion using drop down menus, visually appealing and able to generate charts and graphs. A prepared sheet is uploaded and would need discussion to explain what it is and needed to be done. The user will need to access only the one worksheet and the remaining sheets would be having data. The option would be to manually enter or to upload.
