Establishing Baseline for New Report

I will like for you to finish helping me complete a supplier diversity report. I will like to develop a baseline for our supplier diversity program. I took the spending of all the diverse suppliers in each subcategory across the last 5 years and average them together to establish my baseline. However, I now need to do the same for each region using my diverse certified groups for each region. I will focus on 5 primary certification groups, Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE) Veteran Business Enterprises (VBE), and Small Business Enterprises (SBE) then COMBINED, to sum up, the remaining certification groups' subcategories and label them COMBINED ( DBE, LBE, HUB, HUD, SDVOB ETC, EBE.)



1. Create a baseline for these two reports.





First, review supplier diversity report by region and region then and establish baseline

a. Midwest

a. Mid Atlantic

b. Northeast

d. Southeast

e. Texas



Secondly, Create a baseline report with diverse certification groups for each region

Midwest

MBE
WBE
VBE
SBE
Combined (All the Other Diverse Certification Groups) ( HUD, HUB, DBE, LBE, SDVOB, ETC).
If you have experience analyzing the data and formulating the reports I welcome you to help me create these two reports.
