Equities Index (Futures) and cash arbitrage/fair value spreadsheet

Suits someone who has this already. Need basic spreadsheet that calculates cash equities based index and compares this to the actual index as well as index futures with cost of carry. This will be used in a sample / non trading environment. Let me know what you have and we can go from there.
