I'm looking to hire an entry-level recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates for full-time positions.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Previous recruiting or HR experience, even if entry-level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use recruitment software and job boards
- Organized and detail-oriented
Experience in technology, healthcare, or finance industries is a plus.
