Enhancement to existing MS Excel MACROS -- 2

Description:
Currently we have an Excel File named "Masterlist_20210316_Signed.xlsm" which generates Consolidated list (B) and Nominal list (C).
Task 1:
We would like to modify the existing "Masterlist_20210316_Signed.xlsm" macro coding inside to follow the format of "New Template REFERENCE.xlsx"
Task 2:
To update "Masterlist_20210316_Signed.xlsm" macro coding to allow easy adjustment of GST value column
The new template required is in the last column. On top of that, we will also need to enable easy adjustment of the GST rates in the first Macro spreadsheet.
The last is to fix the MACROS logic bug which is described in the "Description of the MACROS bug.docx"
