Enhance Skyline Chart with VBA Filters

I'm aiming to augment my current Skyline Chart, hosted on Microsoft Excel, by including filter slicers and a timeline functionality. This will provide interactive filtering options, visualize data over specified periods and enhance overall user experience.
I'd prefer a freelancer with a strong handle on VBA and data visualization in Excel. You'll be dealing with contract and procurement data, hence, prior experience in this area would be advantageous.
