Enhance & Automate Linen Ordering Excel Workbook

I have an existing Excel workbook that I have already started creating. It is mostly built but needs tweaking, improving and automating by an experienced Excel developer.
The workbook is used to prepare linen orders for approximately 100 holiday accommodation properties.
Requirements
* Use my existing Property Configurations sheet as the master database.
* Office staff should only enter:
* Delivery Date
* Property
* Cleaner
* Bed Configuration
* Notes
* Everything else should populate automatically.
Automation Required
* Dynamic drop-downs for Property and Bed Configuration.
* Automatically calculate linen quantities based on the selected bed configuration:
* King Bed = 2 King Sheets + 2 Pillowcases
* Queen Bed = 2 Queen Sheets + 2 Pillowcases
* Single Bed = 2 Single Sheets + 1 Pillowcase
* Bunk = 2 Single Sheets + 1 Pillowcase
* Bath Mats = Number of Bathrooms.
* Hand Towels = Number of Bathrooms.
* Tea Towels = Always 3.
* Automatically populate the Linen Order sheet and Print Docket.
* Ensure formulas are robust, compatible with Microsoft 365, and don't break when editing is enabled.
