Energy and mass balance

Hello. I need the energy and mass balance for both hydrogen production - how hydrogen might be obtained from water- and hydrogen combustion -specially emphasis on how much water vapor. The results in a small document with explanations and references. Eventually - if it is self-explanatory and includes all the requirements- just an excel sheet would suffice. A video call would be much appreciated
